7. Court Recording (Insures that owners of the land have agreed to lease the land to the buyer. This is recorded at the Cape Coast High Court)

8. Land Commission Registration (This document provides legal protections to land owners and investor alike. Without proper registration land ownership can be disputed, leading to costly legal battles.

9. Tax Clearance - This a one time fee that is paid to the Land Commision Office

10. Plot Clearance (Your plot will be cleared of any tree growth enabling you to start building your home)
